The Astrophysical Virtual Observatory

The Astrophysical Virtual Observatory (AVO) Project is a Phase-A, three year study for the design and implementation of a virtual observatory for European astronomy. AstroGrid is a founding member of the AVO. About a quarter of the staff effort in AstroGrid is simultaneously work for AVO and work for AstroGrid.
