AstroGrid-2 Lifetime Plan

The current version (October 2005) of the Lifetime Plan for AstroGrid is attached as a PDF file here. The Lifetime Plan includes information about goals, milestones, management, and staffing.

Six Month Cycle Plans

AstroGrid-2 is broken into six month planning Cycles. For each Cycle we produce a top-level Cycle Plan. These are agreed by the AGLI and shown to the AstroGrid Oversight Committee.

Within each Cycle, the Project Manager produces a detailed Project Plan to implement the goals in the Cycle Plan.

Project Management Team Meetings

These brief notes record the key decisions and discussions of the fortnightly PMT meetings, usually held by telecon, on alternate Tuesday's at 14.00 (UK local time).

NB: from 13 Nov 2006 the PMT meetings will be at 15.00 UK time every second Monday afternoon.
