Registry requirements for BrownDwarfIdeasRevised case

This is based on Keith's RegistrySchema and my suggested ammendments in DataServiceSchema; this is mostly consistent with Bob Hanisch et al.'s document but with some additions and changes.

BrownDwarfIdeasRevised is broken into steps of three kinds:

• RegistryQuery steps (mostly even-numbered) which query the Registry and return a list of DataSets;
• DataSetQuery/Evaluation steps (mostly odd-numbered) which make selections from those DataSets based on standard operations, e.g. cone searches, matching UCDs, LITBIG and other suggestions which may be adopted from Querying Astronomical Catalogues with the Virtual Observatory; and return the values or relevant entries. The information extracted includes quantities which came within the definitions of metadata used in the previous RegistryQuery step - data required for these steps - but it may also include additional data which may be extracted if present but which was not essential (e.g. in this Science Case it is desirable to record the epoch of every position measurement but this is not essential where position is used for ID, only at the steps where proper motion is measured).
• DataProcessing steps which perform more specialised operations on the returned data which require LibraryFunctions or user code.
