Iteration 4: Community (Registry Work Group)

In iteration 04, changes to the Community code are being handled by the Registry team.

However, Community component will still be a separate code base, and so we will need somewhere to put details about work done on the Community code.

In particular, we need somewhere to list the current CVS tags for the Intergration and Release team to use for the Maven builds.

Note, at the moment, Community does not have Maven friendly build script or tests.

One of the tasks for this iteration will be to implement a full Maven friendly build and test process for the Community code base and update or extend the existing Ant build scripts to provide a fully automated Ant deployment.

In addition, we need to refactor the code to use the Astrogrid comon logging and configuration tools and implement the Astrogrid delegate factory API.
