This is the working page for developing our Phase A report

Below are the component documents prefaced with Rb for "Red book". The version submitted to the GridSteeringCommittee on October 18th 2002 is attached at the bottom of the page as a PDF file.

Public release of a revised version is intended early January 2003

The AstroGrid project is formally divided into a Phase-A R&D phase and a Phase-B construction phase. In fact because we are following the UnifiedProcess^?, there is no clear distinction but the cross-over is nonetheless a crucial point in the project. We summarise our work and findings so far in a PhaseAReport (otherwise known as the RedBook); we set out our future work in a PhaseBPlan, and ask PPARC for more money to achieve it. PPARC's Grid Steering Committee judges these plans on October 18th.
