Discussion

• Aim for pre-NAM close out on the documentation.
• Documentation is ONLY science user docs at this point.
• Noted that 'Tutorials' should be renamed to 'Miscellaneous Tutorials'
• Outstanding material to carry over from the wiki. Workshops. One of the workshop examples from the workgroups - e.g. the solar group in B'ham. Plus Durham?
• is yafit working ok? JAT to investigate. Help info to the 'helper apps' section.
• Note that the documentation refers to the 2007.1 release - ACTION NAW to update
• noted the implication of the new VoExplorer - see http://software.astrogrid.org/voexplorer/workbench-2007.2.pre1-app.jar
  • need to think about change to docs to reflect the new interface
• DKW to take on role of Documentation Editor - will check the pages for consistency, style, missing elements.

• workbench help - how does the 'workbench to plone' link work - who updates the linkages? ACTION DKW to track down how this works.
• need to discuss with the developers where the link to developer/ application / resource provider docs should go. ACTION - next DOCs telecon to discuss with KTN

• Abstract submission is 12 March - papers? Edit to the the above page what you will put. Session 31.
• ACTION NAW to contact Brad Gibson re the stand at NAM2007. SD to organise.
  • A5 flier noting that the demo stand is there
  • One new A4 flier - with the freebies - should be enough - NAW to organise
• Solar - SD to give a talk on Active Regions - point people to the demo stand
