Anita will arrive evening of the Thursday. NAW+GG will be in Durham to check connections on the Thurs afternoon.

SD will be in Durham on the Tuesday 21 Aug 2007 - and will attempt to run the workbench from the lecture theatre. Converse with Gary as to outcomes.

Action: SD to email Nigel Metcalfe saying that she'll run tests - cc to GG and NAW

Action: SD will provide Durham with GG, NAW and AMSR MAC addresses for ethernet.

Science Call Update

1. EGS is to contact Belfast soon to determine work programme
2. DKW has spoken with FvL re Hipparcos catalogue - DSA. GTR best to do the technical DSA set up.
3. AMSR - has contacted Paresh, they'll define problem and work with Mark Taylor. Work to start in Sep.

VOExplorer update

1. latest snapshot at http://wiki.astrogrid.org/bin/view/Astrogrid/DesktopAstroGridSnapshots - 2007.4.alpha3 - 13 August 2007: DKW reported that this seems to be broken, at least in that Astroscope no longer works. NW is now on holiday so this will not be fixed for a while. NOTE FROM JAT: 2007.4.alpha1 voscope works ok on XP+SciLinux, DW says 2007.4.alpha2 ok for him also (not JAT though).
2. How will this be presented to end users?
3. It was noted that Lookout should be available.
4. Science team meeting with Noel, Keith, Jeff and the Science team to go through Voexplorer. Action NAW to arrange beginning of Sept. Best: weeks starting 10 or 17 Sep.
