Ed: reviewed current material edit/preferences menu - this is ok.

Jon: file menu help done. finishing off the astroscope pages. Issue of helioscope - how will this impact on time resources? There will be non solar time series services available. Python via windows still to be done

Nic: brief notes on the background processes and selftests.

Anita: notes on 'View' - screenshots will be last minute as these change.

Silvia: helioscope docs to be transferred from the plone pages.

Dugan: window menu for voexplorer done.

All screenshots will need to be done at the end again - so that we get uniform image sets for linux/ windows (XP/Vista) and osx.

The glossary is also being added in by silvia. - make this glossary a wiki page.

For now finish writing the doc pages as best as possible - then ingress into the new website to allow for cross linking etc to be carried out.
