Technical

Upgrade of Trac: Gary reported that there will be a number of enhancements in the upcoming Trac upgrade including better visibility of attachments, versions, etc. Gary will let users know when the upgrade has occurred.

At some point would be good to move the site to http://beta.astrogrid.org (but keep a pointer to trac10.astrogrid.org for a couple of months).

The full release in Apr 2008 will be called VODesktop 2008.1

Indexing: use the processor - TitleIndex lists all pages. Gary will look at tools for helping auto generate an index for the doc pages.

Style Sheets: will need to be created as templates by the doc coordinator.

At present documentation is the number one priority for science effort. JAT, SD, AMSR, DKW, EGS will have the next few days available.

Next meeting

There will be a meeting at the IoA on Tues 5 Feb 2007 from 10.00-16.00 where the following will be addressed:

• Completeness of the documentation pages
• Review of look and feel of the documentation pages
• Update on the 'worksheets'
