• AMSR: will add the caveat on name-position issue (multiple positions) to the help pages - on the vo-scope and task runner pages.

NAM 2008 preparation

• Discussion of planning - see AgNam2008: check which days Mark Holliman will be there. [SD]

Documentation on the Website.

• early next week - there will be a clone of the current beta site set up
• this will then become www.astrogrd.org
• need to edit to make sure we refer to v1.0 rather than beta (also vo-scope goes to astroscope) [DKW]
• needs more python examples - a section with a set of worked examples - amplify the tar file attachment with .py examples [EGS + JAT]

Metadata

• progress is being made - using the new forms from KEA - will use the current tool from KEA - good enough for now. JAT will check the 2xmm in edinburgh - add what he did on the wiki comments page.

The v1.0 release

• need to use the VO Desktop vc1eng-snapshot-4 as the latest pre-release - this uses a v1.0 registry.
• not sure about the status of the old DSA's at RAL. [SD to check]

• we need an update from KTN as to timescale for role out of the web and the new vodesktop.
