uluru$ cd /var/tomcat/webapps/cocoon/ag
    uluru$ co -l header.xml

Now edit header.xml using your favourite editor. Uncomment the block that starts <p class="flash">, and put your news flash there.

Remember that this is all XHTML: don't forget to close all your tags (and use <br/> for empty tags).

When you're done:

    uluru$ ci -u header.xml

(If your favourite editor is emacs, you can skip the ci and co commands, and use instead C-x v v, or from the menubar Tools | Version Control | Check In/Out.)
