Minutes of the meeting

Here we can add additional notes but also load up the presentations given, which were very useful. There was considerable discussion of the release policy and the long term plans. Since the meeting :

(i) Nigel has confirmed that SV2 is ready for action by Friday November 18th

(ii) Steve has announced the first release date on the UKIDSS front page

(iii) Andy has written a note for the Board summarising our discussion of the release plan, and ambitious long term ideas. This is also appended below.
