Astronomer
Astronomer can correlate flickers or other disturbances on radio satellites with solar events.
type here
The astronomer knows the time (and possibly position) that the radio satellite experienced a disturbance.
First, the astronomer searches for solar catalogues with time and position information. A list of catalogues is returned and one or more are selected. Next, the astronomer searches the flare catalogue(s) for solar events that occured during a time interval of
X hours before the radio satellite flicker. The grid returns a list of flares matching the time interval with time, position, and intensity data. The astronomer can select and save candidate flare datasets for further correlation with satellite disturbances.
